12. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner harmful to the Platform, other users, or Panteruso.
Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall continue to apply.

16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Panteruso with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
